Do you handle permits and HOA approvals?+
Yes. We manage the full permit process — city submissions, plan checks, required inspections — and coordinate HOA approvals where applicable.
Can I live in my house during a remodel?+
In most cases, yes. It depends on which areas are affected. We sequence the work to minimize disruption and discuss occupancy logistics during the planning phase.
How do change orders work?+
